Add more malus to teamkill#97

Currently, 5 team-kill points will kill the player when killing a teammate.

Possible to add more malus like:

• Automatic jail
• Herobrine’s focus (+ Herobrine tp the player out of the map)
• Negate damage + instant kill when hiting an teammate
• Drunk
• Emp effect
• Sharklist
