Anti-Rape system changes#91

• Add to !vote rape to enable/disable anti-rape system on bunkers.
• Add 10 seconds vulnerability to vehicle shots after drops weapon like RPG, gauss etc.
• Add C4 to list of weapons which remove protection.

Well, so my answer to this:

• add !vote rape –> refused because there will be abuses
• 10 seconds vulnerability –> seems a good idea, will be added
• C4 –> It’s not already the case? I should take a look then
