New event-type : retro event#8

It’s IA fight on some restricted-area from maps.

Exemple: fight on the Minkata’s house (with some changes), fight on the laki’s arena (with some new areas to explore and guns), fight on the safezone, fight on Everest ect…

GameMode = Instant Action

All retro maps will be on 1.
!vote retro to change the current map.
Here list of possible maps:
