!gamble 5 (mythical rewards on gamble)#6

Add a new privilege on !vip that allow players to unlock !gamble 5 (cost = 100k pp) and increase the probability of better rewards on a simple !gamble.

We can imagine :

Lost: 75% –> 50%

Common reward: 15% –> 20%

Uncommon reward: 5% –> 15%

Rare reward: 3% —> 8%

Legendary reward: 2% —>5%

Mythical reward: 0% —> 2%
