Secret event#168

New special event that can be started by players using !secret

in order to unlock !secret, player must find a secret on main server to unlock a “secret pass”.

Then the player must be alone on the event server to start it. Normal event automatically restart if the server is empty for 10 minutes.

Any player finding the password and joining without owning a secret pass will be kicked.
