Remove Alone Supervisor#167

If a player is alone in the server, he gets Supervisor but some commands are locked for him, HOWEVER, if a player that HAS A RANK is alone in the server, no commands are locked for him and so he can play the server’s mods freely but a player without a rank that will be turned into an Alone Supervisor won’t be able to do that. Even if you are not planning on using any command, some are still locked, so I would recommend Alone Supervisor gets removed, or at least make the commands locked ONLY if the player uses a SUPERVISOR ONLY command.

This suggestion is a troll, it exist since months.
