New event: Vesper#144

This is a map specialised on vesper. On map start, vesper generate itself and FULL RANDOMLY, each parts of vesper are random, traps are random. Each vesper IS UNIQUE and only have 1 exit. Minimum 10 floors (I think there will be more lol). The map must be a empty map with only water like pure.

Each vesper will only have 1 similar point: the spawn.
