Hardcore-mode for bosses#137

The command !vote hardboss to spawn a fallen boss on HARDCORE VERSION!

They aulways give reward unlike normal bosses, the reward is also better. However they are A LOT HARDER! Fighting an hardcore-version of boss is impossible alone.
