AAA Blast#122

Add an opportunity to buy/find aaablast. It can be a command like !tank or respawn points for this vehicle (or something else).
P.S. aaablast inside alien city doesn’t count :)

For now, I have no idea how to add it. if I unblock it, it also unblock all other aaa vehicles.

!spawn aaablast works pretty well, so why not just add similar command with some cost?

Maybe a compromise: !aaa command, player have to not get hit and don’t move for 20 seconds. It will spawn aaablast (idk the cost of the command for now)

It costs 1.5k pp in warfac, so I think price in 2k pp will be fair

I finally found a way to block all aaa except specific one! So it is now buyable on factories.
